Second Limb of Yoga- The First Niyama - Saucha

We often refer to Niyamas and the "Do's" or observances underneath Yoga. To follow the Niyamas is to experience a pro-active attitude toward life. The first Niyama, who actually Patanjali mentions is Saucha, will mean cleanliness or purity, but the industry much deeper issue. Cleanliness and purity have ample levels.

We want so you might pure in thought, carry out, and in our phrases, but we should also take the time to clean our mind, body, and spirit. In order to work for optimum health, our diet should be clean, with high quality water and whole-foods.

The traditional kriyas (cleansing duties) is definitely taken seriously. Air quality is critical to the entire being. This is why air at the lake, near a lake, or in high altitude, should be inhaled whenever you can. Whether it is crappy ions, Prana rich the earth, or a combination so much, people naturally feel better breathing outdoors.

Exercise will keep us healthy, but it were kept in moderation, to end injuries, which can bother us for lifelong. The physical aspects of Yoga such as Asana and Pranayama will help you to our physical, mental, sentimental, and spiritual well sympathetic.

The people we accompany should be full belonging to the positive energy. We should not spend beyond our means time listening to "bad kick. " Whether it may well person, who is filled up with negative energy, the regular, television, or the radio, if it makes us feel below par, we should "turn it well. "

Any form of pollution must be stopped, so Saucha 's also an environmental issue. Cleanliness starts from within, but it affects total planet.
