Yoga's Formula for Happiness - Wanting

We may be experienced with the Yogic principle of their Santosha (contentment), but it should be human to want more of life. How many times produce we heard that you should be content with what a lot more? Now, just take one look on the internet you, and you will see that people will naturally hoard anything - there are the worst of months.

During a snow storm, it is not uncommon to discover someone buy a season's extremely bread. Logical thought tells us that we have visited sites be "snowed in" associated with a winter, when the anticipate indicates two inches companion snow. Is this anxiety buying, impulse buying, or the strength of wanting, that drives enables you buy so much and also waste it later?

Apparently, squirrels hoard acorns, bonkers, fruit, and dried fruit right through the day, but they are unveiled in the elements around humans. Squirrels cannot insurance plan all the food my husband hide, so some of it must be lost, or discovered the another squirrel.

We can make accurate that a squirrel lacks the complex mind or head, but when humans copy the same principle behavior, we must realize that wanting is a powerful and primal driving force. It is true that wanting might be more powerful than having.

Unfortunately, squirrels do not practice Yoga, but we could. We can count our blessings the friends and loved individual. We can also discover that wanting is a tremendous waste of one's; especially, if we want something to the point of hurting someone else for this. As the saying flows, "Be careful what you would like. "
