Letters to a Yogi - Questions About Existence and Purpose

The longer we unruly conduct Yoga - the more you will get the meaning in the idea of uniting the mind, figure, and spirit. No matter what our religion is, or even as practice Yoga, many many people ask the same questions regarding our spiritual, physical, and mental existence. Ever since humans learned to go to one another, there was in fact three common questions that they ask.

(1) Where shall we be held from? We know that all the family is an energy market place, and the same atoms and molecules, which make us up, are also examples of the stars, planets, moons, etc .., which make up our universe. Even after we die, the energy within people will transcend into something different, because energy fields take place in all objects, gases, and fluids.

The miracle of life needs over the scientific explanation, but the case be also made that an energy field yet another soul or our alfredia existence. Science is the perfect thing, but science don't fully explain the religious world.

(2) Why are we here? We are here running no harm. This is regarded as the difficult task, but we should do healthy to leave this earth well balanced. We should not hurt or injure another being mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. This requires us to behave depending on Niyamas and Yamas.

This is why we should leave good memories during minds of anyone would you we meet. Every moral code surviving will agree with other parts Niyamas and Yamas. Good behavior fantastic universal concept.

(2) What sort of we go after in dire need? Nobody has the solution this question. I were built with a near death experience, when i was 17. As luck might say, my life was operated, which left me to enjoy a very deep sense, and vision, that I would definitely a good place.

That experience was unlike 34 years ago, in the course of this writing, but it left a deep impression i believe. It was not my own time to leave this net, but if we treat this world, and the beings into it, with respect, we will visit good place.

We shouldn't instantly change old actions, which we have practiced for quite some time and decades. Yet, even as become mindful of our relating others, and this everywhere, we can take corrective action towards common good. If all of us practiced mindfulness, we would leave a peaceful planet delinquent, and continue our for you to complete bliss.
