Most of the time when you workout the pace is faster than in meditation. Cardio is all about moving quickly to purchase your heart rate up. Strength training is a bit calmer than cardio but there's still a sense of perpetual movement. This is true when you work working for yourself and even more so when working out to video clip or take a classiness. So, it's no surprise that when you go to do yoga, you have the impulse to move within reach usual workout pace.
However, yoga does not work properly that way. Even when you are moving in yoga the velocity is still relatively alter. A lot of what lengths is actually spent not moving at all. Just gently push the ideas aside and focus around for breathing through each yoga breathing pose. It will take some time to get good as of this. So, don't worry whether it seems difficult at start.
