What is Self Mastery? - Part 1

Self Mastery, alone, seems as a selfish term; but if you fail to help yourself, you are in possession of limited ability to perhaps save others. Self mastery is the chance to make the best from your physical, mental, and spiritual health. In other words, to be the best you can be.

As a result on your own efforts, you will travel to help everyone around most likely. In order for a person to change the world a person, for the better, if you please change yourself for far better, along the way.

You cannot lay on a mountain top waiting for perfection before you strengthen your fellow man. The time to help is now, as well as must look at ourselves as works started. Appreciate yourself for about what you do, what you are, what you have accomplished thus far.

Appreciate your friends, kin, and associates for who they may be. Accept them, as they are offered, without expecting perfection.
