4 Stages of a Proper Workout Session

4 important steps for each and every proper workout.

Step Quite same: Start with a warm up.

Warm-up isn't stretching, as what i'm taught in schools. Have right now light cardio work to heat those muscles. Take about 5 to qualify for the 10 min of lighter workout ahead of the bike or treadmill.
