Yoga and the Economy, Part IV - The Economy of Yoga (Mind Work and Breath Control)

So far on our exploration of yoga and the economy/the country's economy of yoga, we have been watching how yoga, the economical of wellness systems certainly created, can help humans through economic hard times. I noted that when our economy is as weak as this anyone, it is likely our very own economies lose strength.   You should attend to exercise, your head work, and diet to purchase and keep our personal economies-of-one strong.
