Why Is It Important to Stretch Before Your Workout?

Honestly people - DO I H-A-T-E stretching. I aim, come on... as if it's not enough that I'm ALREADY late to a health club, and I don't have plenty of time for my workout - do I really have to waste a few mins to only stretch?

The answer is absolutely. You simply must add stretching to you fitness training. A full body streth can be done inside 10-minutes!

What are associate programs? Just to name allow the:

- Fatigued, tight muscles are less capable of performing the skills/movement included, stretching helps loosen you up

- Stretching definately lets prevent injury by encouraging recovery and decreasing soreness

- Stretching ensures that your muscles/tendons are in good working order. The more conditioned generally, the better they can handle the stress of your sport and exercise
