Yoga in Practice: Excuses for Lack of Practice

At one time, and even another, we all supposing, "Why am I and here? " Sometimes we feel that, "Why do I even bother? " Thinking about calling it quits is a temptation for all of humankind, but we continue to be sure pursue our goals just the way that they did.
