We often see photo files of Hatha Yoga enthusiasts performing physical feats, but we simply cannot see pictures of a tuned mind. How do we make, stand, walk, eat, m drink, during the training a day? While these individuals might even say: "Who cares? " Keep your abdominal muscles observe oneself and find corrections. It is easy to criticize others, but we have more control over the health. To ridicule other parts, over bad habits, generally is a waste of energy plus there is time.

To become one particular trained mind, and good health habits, is the best a Yoga practitioner perform. If we are productive, others will follow.
