Are You Still Breathing

The 4th part of Raja Yoga defines any breathing techniques, which show us how to conquer the mind consequently control the body and senses. Unless we control the breath we will never be able to control the body and mind.

Breath is life and life gets underway with breath. We take it as a given and rarely think a smaller amount than our inhalation and exhalation of air we have think happens automatically, until the time we find it hard to breath and we must make an effort.
