Vacation, Training & Travel Survival Tips For Your Fitness

My better half, Roger & I jut returned from a 'road nonetheless vacation. We drove from Reno, NV to Ribbon and bow, Oregon, up through the Or Wine Country to Portland the coast of Oregon. I am associated with foodie & a cousin of fitness  - some guys call me a casual fanatic...
