Thesaurus defines stress as a technique state of mental if you emotional strain or solution. We all experience it diversely. We have different ways to combat it. Some people simply hear from soft or hard defeats, some play golf, some play courses, some drink coffee in addition to beer, some do bikram yoga etc. However, very few people do boxing.
