I can't tell you how many people I've expressed who feel threatened and anxious regarding walking into a health club. For some it finishes them from joining various gym. For others the machine stops them from i recall. I've known people who act like a gym, go in for a workout spend five minutes travelling and get so psyched by the other people they rearrange and go home. It is not just gyms but any diet and fitness class, yoga, spinning, who is, etc. You walk in a number places and you focus on the young woman the guys wearing skimpy gym clothes with muscles you didn't even know existed. Undoubtedly intimidating, right? I make sure you ask, but when the dreads and anxiety comes between you or your health, fitness and detox goals it's time for something new.

I can promise you that the woman there with amazing flat abs or maybe the guy over there bench pressing home and property had to work too, very hard. Lets leave this in perspective.
