The term Yoga shape sanskrit means union of body and mind. The individual who maneuvers and pursues yoga truly, achieves a state where she / he feels extremely tranquil. And this state is very hard to achieve. It takes lots of determination and practice. Japan, as we know from medieval times is center of spiritualism. Yoga is a valuable part of this spiritualism.

In the past people in India practiced Yoga to lead life which helped these matters in curing diseases. After practicing pranayam one feels fresh and ready to face difficulties of life in goodwill. The results one can acquire from practicing Asanas and Pranayam is equivalent to the results the westerners is from jogging, aerobics and weight training.

Meditation is advanced wide range Asanas and Pranayam. Be the state where the figure, soul and mind bring together.
